Cómo se prepara

  1. Muele 18 g de café en molienda gruesa.
  2. Agrega 270 ml de agua a unos 94 °C (proporción 1:15).
  3. Revuelve, tapa sin presionar y espera 4 minutos.
  4. Presiona despacio hasta el fondo.
  5. Sirve todo de una vez para que no se sobreextraiga.

Una taza con cuerpo y sin filtros de papel. También viene en kit con Vinotinto, 10 % menos.
