Our history, our origin

At Alma Silvestre Café, we believe that every bean has a story that deserves to be told. Our story begins at La Florencia farm in Córdoba, Quindío, where for generations our family has worked the land with respect, dedication, and a love for coffee.

In 2021, we decided to take a step further: bringing the fruit of our labor directly to your cup. Thus, Alma Silvestre was born, a brand that combines coffee tradition with innovative processes.

Each harvest is tended to with care, from the selection of varieties like Tabi and Castillo to the fermentation and drying processes that give us fruity, sweet, and complex profiles.

This commitment led us to be among the 30 best coffees in Colombia in 2024, an achievement that inspires us to continue sharing our passion.
