Cómo se usan (protocolo SCA)

  1. Pon 8,25 g de café en molienda media gruesa por cada 150 ml de agua.
  2. Vierte agua a unos 93 °C y deja reposar 4 minutos.
  3. Rompe la costra con la cuchara y huele el aroma.
  4. Retira la espuma y deja enfriar un poco.
  5. Sorbe fuerte desde la cuchara para llevar el café a todo el paladar.
