Cómo se prepara

  1. Muele 15 g de café en molienda media fina.
  2. Enjuaga el filtro de papel y arma la AeroPress sobre tu taza.
  3. Vierte 230 ml de agua a unos 90 °C y revuelve 10 segundos.
  4. Pon el émbolo y deja reposar hasta el minuto 1:30.
  5. Presiona suave unos 30 segundos y termina hacia el minuto 2.
